ARCLINK is on the lookout for a seasoned  Sales Manager to join our team through the distinguished Future Leaders Programme. This pivotal role involves managing a diverse team of Sales Consultants, Investment Advisors, and Sales Managers. As a  Sales Manager, you’ll be instrumental in strategizing and executing high-level sales initiatives while driving team performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Oversee and guide a team comprising Sales Consultants, Investment Advisors, and Sales Managers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages excellence and innovation.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Arclink’s goals and market trends. Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market conditions.
Team Development: Provide advanced coaching and mentorship to team members. Identify training needs and facilitate professional development to enhance team performance and skills.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze individual and team performance, setting ambitious targets and implementing corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed KPIs.
Client Relations: Maintain and nurture key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing complex client needs and inquiries.
Financial Oversight: Utilize advanced knowledge of financial and tax regulations to oversee sales operations and ensure compliance. Manage budgets and financial forecasts effectively.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats. Adapt strategies to leverage market trends and improve business outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in managing diverse sales teams and achieving substantial business growth.
  • Salary: 100k – 150k Pkr
  • Location: Islamabad.
  • Education: Graduation/Masters or equivalent, with additional certifications in sales management or leadership preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership, team management, and advanced coaching.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial and tax regulations related to sales operations.
  • Exceptional skills in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and achieve high-level business objectives.
